Steamed apple and plums

- One dessert apple, peeled and cored
- A handful of plums
Steamed apple and plums work particularly well in a Si-bag Meal-Maker or a Baby & Toddler Meal-Pouch and are suitable for all ages.
Just cook for a little longer if cooking for a smaller child.
Slice up some apples into eighths, and slice some plums into quarters. If using cooking apples, or cooking for a small child, you may want to add a teaspoon of sugar.
Plums work just as well with blueberries, cranberries, peaches - and are also good with a little natural yoghurt thrown in.
Based on a 900w microwave, cook for two minutes, increase the time slightly if your microwave is a lower wattage. If using a conventional oven, cook at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
Ovens do very, please ensure food is cooked and piping hot before serving. Be aware of hot contents when opening bag, especially if serving to a child.
