Italian-style cod fillet

Ingredients

  • 1 fresh cod fillet
  • 2 large tomatoes
  • a few chopped basil leaves
  • 2 teaspoons of olive oil
  • salt & blackpepper

Directions

  1. Slice the tomatoes and chop the basil leaves.

    Mix together with the olive oil and salt & pepper.

    Place on top of the cod fillet and then place in the Si-bag Meal-Maker or the Baby & Toddler Meal-Pouch. Carefully remove the tape and fold the bag over to seal.

    This will make a tasty meal for an adult or a simple introduction to fish for a small child.

    Based on a 900w microwave, cook for two to three minutes, increase the time slightly if your microwave is a lower wattage. If using a conventional oven, cook at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

    Ovens do very, please ensure food is cooked and piping hot before serving. Be aware of hot contents when opening bag, especially if serving to a child.
