Chicken and White Wine in the Slow-Cooker

- 8 chicken thighs
- 1lb button mushrooms, quartered
- 2 portobello mushrooms
- 2 onions, sliced
- 1 cup of chicken bouillon
- 1 cup of white wine
Brown the chicken over a medium hot on the hob. Remove the chicken and drain away most of the fat.
Add the mushrooms and onions to the pan and sauté them until they release their juices and become golden.
Line your slow-cooker with a Thinking-Cooking Slow-Cooker Liner.
Put the mushrooms, onions and chicken in the slow-cooker, along with the wine, chicken bouillon and some seasoning, and cook in the slow-cooker on a low heat for around three and a half hours.
